During my mediumship practice, it was separately suggested that I read a book regarding energy to understand how we hold difficult experiences in our bodies and ways to access, release, and relieve. Our physical and energetic bodies are interconnected and all the traumas we hold physically, emotionally, and psychologically impact the functionality of both bodies. Subsequently, due to traumas, toxins, stress, etc. being carried in our bodies, these energies can form blocks which result in disturbances of overall energy flow. Over time, these blocks contribute to mental fogginess, emotional issues, and physical discomfort and/or ailments. Just like any self-care method, the results only remain as long as you maintain them. For example, if you opt for a massage to de-stress but don’t adjust the stress around you, the aid is oftentimes short-lived. But if you instead use the self-care method as a catalyst to change, the benefits are reaped for a longer period.

The type of energy work I engage in is meant to assist the physical body with ridding blocked/lodged/junk energy that it wishes to release but may not have the ability to do so without assistance. After the low vibration energy is removed, the cleared space is replaced with high vibration energy to create a clean, fresh baseline. I perform this process by connecting to you energetically, start with a body scan to locate any larger blockages (which can be emotional or physical pain) and move forward from there. This process does not access personal details of any blockages, such as history from where the traumas present, so my connecting to you in this manner will maintain your privacy. I am not a trained or licensed professional but those details, for my involvement in this healing method, are not necessary to know.

Based on your personal needs, albeit stress, fatigue, headaches, etc., all can be discussed and expectations can be shared when you’re ready to schedule a session. And, like most self-care methods, the reasoning behind each session may be different than the last to accommodate your overall general healing journey. 

ENERGY HEALING

If you’re familiar with mediumship and how messages are gathered, you’ll find the method in which I share them is a bit different than most. And, if you’re not familiar, maybe my style is exactly what you’re looking for. My reading framework began with practice and was built from structure with the passing thought it may change over time, but it’s since remained a personal preference. Simply put, spirit comes through with messages they’re aware your heart space would benefit experiencing to help you progress in your healing journey. This shared energetic space in which these messages are exchanged is intentional and focused, based on the spirit presenting them. Just like the human experience, spirit participates in their own healing journey and grows alongside us.

Whether you, the sitter, are in-person or remote, the incoming information and outgoing messages remain the same. In my experience, allowing the sitter to receive these messages in the comfort of their own space, during their own scheduled quiet time, and surrounded by a loved one for support if desired, permits a further protected environment for vulnerability and emotional release. Not everyone’s healing journey will need to experience that level of depth as paths vary, but the weight of words can sometimes be surprising.

I have experienced death and understand the severe pain that can accompany it. I also understand how the lives we live after experiencing death can be difficult to navigate in ways that many may not relate to, which can result in levels of emotional shutdown and disconnect from those around us.
